OKTAVE, is the name of the integrated service for energy renovation of housing, initiated by the Grand EST region and ADEME in 2015, This service was set up to meet the requirements of the Energy Transition Law for Growth Verte (LTECV), a law that requires having a building stock that meets BBC standards by 2050. On the scale of the Grand Est region, this represents more than 38,000 renovations per year to be carried out.
To contribute effectively to achieving the objectives set by the LTECV, OKTAVE was incorporated as a mixed economy company in July 2018, with shareholders as: The Grand Est Region, Procivis Alsace (representing the SACICAP* of the Grand Est), the Banque des Territories (CDC) and Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe.
