The FORTESIE project, co-hosted with DEDALUS, concluded its journey with a final event bringing together partners, stakeholders, and policy experts to reflect on the future of smart energy and buildings in Europe.

Both projects showcased their key results and lessons learned, highlighting how digital platforms, energy renovation, and demand response solutions can transform buildings into active players in the energy system.

A total of 65 participants (28 in person and 37 online) attended, representing SMEs and large companies, research organizations, public authorities, NGOs, energy consultants, social housing companies, and other key stakeholders.

The event fostered knowledge exchange and dialogue on the role of smart and flexible buildings in supporting Europe’s energy transition.
