FORTESIE Participation in EBENTO Online Talks
The FORTESIE project participated in two online talks organised within the framework of the EU-funded EBENTO project, which focuses on enhancing energy efficiency in buildings through an integrated one-stop-shop platform supporting Energy Performance Contracting.
The talks addressed key topics linked to the Built4People initiative and the achievement of the Fit for 55 package, with a strong societal focus and content accessible to a general audience.
Talk 1 – “What is Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) and How Can It Help You Save Energy?”
Held on 9 March 2025, this session introduced Energy Performance Contracting, its benefits, key actors, contribution to EU objectives, and existing barriers across EU countries.
FORTESIE was represented by Marcel Lauko from APES.
Talk 2 – “Renovate with Impact: People, Neighborhoods, and the Social Challenge of Energy Efficiency”
Held on 5 March 2025, this session focused on the social dimension of energy renovation, citizen engagement, energy poverty, and community-based approaches.
FORTESIE was represented by Danka Ördög from Smart Innovation Norway.
